Здравствуйте, я являюсь вашей постоянной покупательницей, мне нравится ассортимент магазина и цена и качество. Не так давно была в вашем магазине на Охотном ряду очень не понравились девушки консультанты, долго не могли определиться, кто будет меня обслуживать, игнорировали мои вопросы. Купив самостоятельно вещь проходя на кассу, весь персонал,включая управляющую магазина, высокомерно и нагло себя вели, что меня очень оскорбило. Придя домой я все-таки решила написать свой отзыв. Пожалуйста про ведите работу с персоналом и займитесь их обучением, чтобы к вам люди возвращались за покупками, а я к вам больше не приду. «Спасибо за хамское отношение». – показать

не все покупатели приятны и некоторым действительно вообще не хочется отвечать, не все симпатичны и ухожены. Я бы тоже игнорировала.

Вас так и учат, неухоженных и не симпатичных лично вам игнорировать? Ориентироваться на клиента? Не, не слышали.

Недавно была на Охотном в этом магазине. Очень понравился ассортимент, была в восторге от многих моделей, почти все платья мне подошли, как ни странно.:)) Теперь буду заглядывать туда.Цена -качество вполне соответствует. Минус один: Очень не понравились девушки консультанты, ведут себя высокомерно и нагло. Одна из них просто завалилась ко мне в примерочную с наглой улыбкой и дурацким вопросом «Я к Вам загляну? Как у Вас тут дела?» Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким быдло-подходом. Следовало бы сменит ь политику общения с клиентами и как-то потренировать девушек-продавцов адекватно общаться с покупателями. В отношении самих вещей и ассортимента, еще раз повторюсь: очень довольна, ушла с тремя покупками. – показать
