Хорошее отношение к покупателю.Адекватные цены. Достоинства: Отличное отношение к покупателям и к своей работе! Недостатки: Нет! Всем здравствуйте! В очередной раз встал вопрос о покупке берцев сыну в армию... На этот раз нужны были берцы летние, лёгкие из хорошей кожи. Поискав по сайтам и сравнив цене на один и тот же товар, остановился на магазине Военторг Склад номер один. К сожалению, те берцы, которые были мне нужны оказались в наличии только в одном магазине, который находится от меня на другом конце города! Решил заказать с доставкой. 1700 берцы плюс 500 рублей доставка . Итого 2200. На следующий день мне перезванивает девушка-консультант и сообщает о том, что доставка только по Москве, а в Московскую область у них доставки нет! Я спросил, можно ли из магазина, который находится далеко от меня, переместить нужный мне товар в ближайший ко мне магазин. На что был получен положительный ответ, но по конкретным срокам, когда доставят товар, девушка затруднилась ответить. Так как перемещение из одного магазина в другой зависит от количества заказов . Мне было не срочно, поэтому решили на том, что как привезут в ближайший, так мне об этом сообщат, п я приеду, оплачу и заберу. Каково же было моё удивление, когда через несколько часов перезвонили из магазина на Можайском шоссе, и сказали, что можно приехать и забрать товар! Хочу выразить благодарность сотрудникам данной компании и пожелать им достойных зарплат и процветания компании Военторг Склад номер 1. Спасибо Вам огромное, что Вам не наплевать на клиентов и что Вы о своих покупателях помните и идёте им навстречу! Р. S. Берцы обошлись в 1700 рублей! Отдельное спасибо, ,что не пришлось платить за доставку! Ещё раз Вам благодарен! Спасибо!
