Сразу как начал разговор с продавцом, почувствовал профессиональный подход к делу. Парень отлично выяснил мою потребность, подобрал кальян, исходя из моего бюджета. Предложил много дополнительных товаров и грамотно аргументировал, для чего они мне. Не чувствовалось никакого развода, никакой жажды наживы. Чувствовалась реальная забота о покупателе. Ушел из магазина с полным комплектом кальяна и расходников. И еще что очень понравилось - это отношение. Не просто "продал и с плеч долой", а искренний и человеческий подход. Дома, когда уже начал кальян забивать - возникли вопросы по забивке и продувке. Позвонил в магазин. Тот же парень еще 10 минут мне объяснял, как лучше сделать, чтоб и дымно и вкусно. Ребятами остался очень доволен, буду покупать сам и рекомендовать друзьям.

Уже 2 месяца хожу к ним за углем и табаком,с момента открытия.Частенько у них разные дегустации и выгодные акции.Очень дружелюбные продавцы все рассказывают и показываю,чему-то даже учат)К примеру: научили забивать на грейпфруте,прям взяли и показали,к слову был очень удивлен данной функцией)Большой выбор чашек,аксессуаров,табака,кальянов.В общем много чего интересного,так что рекомендую данный магазин.
