Шикарный выбор, отвратительное обслуживание Достоинства: Ассортимент Недостатки: Работники Пишу отзыв в надежде, что его увидит работодатель. Пришли в магазин 6 декабря, на Софье Ковалевской. Была с ребенком и мамой. Нам с ходу понравились вещи с новогодней и зимней тематикой. Еще не закрылась дверь, а я уже пожирала глазами плед, свитер, носочки и прочее. Это ведь такой выбор новогодних подарков! И себя конечно не обделить. Но... но, но, но... Встретила нас продавец лицом в телефоне. Я, конечно, понимаю-день, посетителей нет, скучно. Да и не люблю я когда навязываются с ходу. И пока мы стояли у входа глядя на текстиль, до нас снизошли с просьбой оставить коляску у входа! Ребенку 11 месяцев. Я уточнила тот момент, что полноценно ходить, да еще и в зимней одежде, мы еще не умеем и если я оставлю коляску, а сама пройду во второй зал, то ребенок будет кричать. Продавца это не смутило. Совсем. Просьба была более чем настойчиво-утвердительной. Оставила своих у входа и пошла в дальний зал, с бытовой химией. Естественно ребенок начал негодовать. А я на всем происходящем просто забыла зачем изначально мы в этот магазин пришли. Продавец проследовала за мной, так же с телефоном в руках и одним глазом в экране. В общем ушли оттуда. Мама спросила, не надо ли нам бахилы надеть? Я так понимаю, что полы моют сами продавцы. И протереть кафель труднее, чем испортить весь настрой покупателям. Работники работают за оклад? Или и за проценты с продаж? Это вопрос риторический. Очень жаль, что такое качество обслуживания, потому как ассортимент очень хороший. Но желания возвращаться туда нет. Особенно на "авось другой продавец".
