Отправили мне в замен товара который я купил, другой товар. Позвонил, написал: мне не нужен этот товар, верните деньги. Пытались бессовестно повесить на меня услуги по доставке (и туда и обратно)! В итоге оплатили не полностью, не возместили расходы по возвратной доставке (300р). Менеджер настаивает, что товар стоит 2500р, хотя объявленная ценность посылки была 3000р + услуги по доставке и переводу! Некомпетентен, не знает отпускную цену!«Я вам лично ничего не должен», «приезжайте к нам и возв ращайте товар», «наложенным платежом не пойдёт, вернём деньги только на карту!», «вы понимаете что эту сумму повесят на того, кто вам отправл этот товар» — обороты, которые мне довелось послушать и прочитать. Низкий уровень сервиса, ни разу не рекомендую! – показать
