Хочу выразить огромную благодарность двум сотрудникам магазина Павлу и девушке на кассе, к сожалению не запомнила как ее зовут. Совершала покупку 4 марта в 20:47 в магазине Спортмастер ТЦ город на м. Нижегородская. Осталась безумно довольна обслуживание этих сотрудников. Теперь хочется ездить именно а этот магазин и именно к этим сотрудникам.

Отвратительный персонал. Никакой помощи от них нет и толку тоже. Стоят залипают в телефонах и караулят когда ты мимо пройдешь с готовой уже продажей. А вот чтобы проконсультировать, то никого.

Там работают дебилы что ли! По телефону говорят совсем другие вещи! Приходят и требуют полную сумму!!!!!! Курьер грубый еще! Менеджеры дебилы! Проверьте номер заказа 57000-217609. И это не экспресс доставка! Доставили за 5 часов!!! Испортили все впечатление о вас! Кучка дегенератов, что ли у вас там!!!!! Примите меры там!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Потратили целых 5 часов на ожидание !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Один из худших магазинов сети. Выбор неплохой, но работают слоупоки. Зимой брат минут 15 выбирал коньки, сам доставал мерил,2 продавца стояли и трепались рядом, а когда мы обошлись без них, кинулись покупки на кассу отнести.Консультантов не дождаться. Кассиры не начисляют бонусы за самовывоз, 2й раз уже заметил. Должны дать 300 бонусов, а не просишь, и не дают…Были проблемы с обменом размера, администратор, какой-то заспанный типок, долго тупил, как-то перешел со мной на ты..В общем, и з всех спортмастеров, а я в них часто захожу, этот лузер – показать
