Хотелось бы сказать о персонале магазина на Ленинском? Скажите эти недовольные жизнью женщины не хотят на рынок пойти работать?! (потому что хамство и грубость при детях!!!, игнорирование клиентов — это признак либо полнейшего непрофессионализма, либо повод обращения к психологу для решения личных проблем) Люди же приезжают туда с детьми!Как так можно?!

Добрый день! Я приношу свои извинения, если Ваш визит в магазинах на Ленинском проспекте оставил у Вас негативное впечатление. Но так же, я бы попросила Вас воздержаться от постановки диагнозов продавцам и рекомендаций где работать и к кому им обращаться. Безусловно, хамству не место в наших магазинах. Добрый день!Хочу обратить особое внимание владельцев магазина на Ленинском!Обратилась сегодня туда за информацией о доставке,мне С ухмылочкой ответили,не положив трубку я услышала,как продавец начала передразнивать мой диалог с ней!я послушав все это сделала выводы!Перезвонив на Лененградку,получила хорошее!качественное обслуживание!Хотелось заметить,что хорошие клиенты,к таким больше не вернуться!Огромная просьба,научить элементарному этикету общения с клиентом!Хотелось бы ещё не раз к вам вер нуться!спасибо! – показать
