Заказали душевую кабину для дачи! Заказ доставили бычтро, но это единственный плюс магазина. В результате оказался пересорт, в коробке были не те детали! И вот уже неделю обещают, что привезут замену. Но ничего так и нет!!! В результате пользоваться кабиной нельзя, замены пересорта так и нет!! Сервис по-русски!!!!

Мария, напишите номер заказа и не будьте голословны. У нас нет заказов с такими проблемами. Даже в условиях короновируса мы все свои заказы выполняем оперативно. И за сервис кстати отвечает сервисная служба, а не магазин. Хотя мы все вопросы все равно решаем оперативно для наших клиентов.

Нашел совершенно случайно данный магазин. И хорошо, что нашел в начале ремонта! Созвонился с Анатолием и приехал в Железнодорожный из Химок. Приняли, как давнего клиента, показали весь ассортимент товара, пересмотрели кучу каталогов. Анатолий предложил массу альтернативных вариантов которые сэкономили ккчку денег! Отличная работа! Спасибо от всей души! Всем советую и сам до сих пор обращаюсь и удивлчюсь гибкостью цен! Спасибо!
