У меня очень неприятный опыт общения с персоналом Кари. Заказывала доставку через Сдэк , одну из пар привезли бракованную 👆🏻👆🏻-1., в тот же день обратилась за возвратом денег в магазин на Люблинской . 2.Кассир не смог вернуть деньги по причине : новая программа установлена - мой заказ не видно. 3. 3 раза звонила на горячую линию , что с моим возвратом денег , через две недели позвонили приходите на люблинскую . 4. Пришла , кассир / директор совершил возврат на карту - деньги так и не пришли. 🤬 5 написала письмо, так и не перезвонили . И ведь все мои контакты есть ....

Здравствуйте, Елена. Нам жаль, что произошла такая ситуация. При работе с возвратом, нашим сотрудникам необходимо восстановить чек от покупки. Время восстановления чека может увеличиться, если покупка была совершена в другом магазине или на другой кассе. Приносим извинения, если данный процесс доставил вам беспокойство. Что касается сроков, вероятно, денежные средства были захолдированы на карте банком, выпустившим ее. При оплате по карте, сумма на покупку резервируется для последующего списания. При поступлении от банка одобрения операции, оплата происходит успешно. Если в процессе оплаты происходит технический сбой, средства, которые были зарезервированы для покупки, временно блокируются. При этом данная сумма не отображается на общем балансе карты. Чтобы мы могли детально разобраться в произошедшем необходима выписка из банка. Уточните, пожалуйста, разрешилась ли ситуация на сегодняшний день? С уважением, компания kari.
