Ответственное, отличное отношение Достоинства: Ответственность, цены Недостатки: Минусы в любом случае были, конечно, но не по вине магазина.Магазин все минусы компенсировал. Может быть только то, что надо было доставку сразу самому магазину и оплатить и не ждать ответов от поставщика Второй раз покупаю лодку у Алексея (первую продавал, негде было хранить, а также хотел лодку под мотор большей мощности). Первая была Gladiator D330 AL, вторая - складной РИБ Стрелка 360. Потрясён отношением. Человек очень ответственный. Так получилось, что его подвёл производитель. Производитель не оплатил доставку, как обещал (или проблему сделал перевозчик) факт в том, что Алексей, по всей вероятности, оплатил в итоге сам. Далее, все промахи производителя (недоделанная риб-лодка, не тот цвет сумок и сидений) он сам исправил, за свой счёт. Причём, сделал всё очень быстро. В тот же день, когда я забирал лодку. Т. е. вечером в субботу забрал лодку из транспортной компании, а уже в воскресение всё исправил и отдал лодку мне. Он подобрал по цвету сумку, сидения, подарил чехол для лодки (от производителя кажется порвался), просверливал отверстие под сцепной болт между 2-й и 3-й секцией днища лодки, делал сам болт. К тому же, узнав, что мы отправили назад ждущего грузчика на газели, видимо за ожидание и финансовые некоторые потери (пока дорабатывали лодку), сделал подарок - манометр для насоса. Ещё хочу сказать, что у него самые низкие цены в городе. В общем, как я понял, на этого человека можно положиться. И если буду продавать лодку (а думаю, чуть позже так и получится), то обязательно буду обращаться за новой только к нему.
