Ужасный магазин Достоинства: Цена, бесплатная доставка Недостатки: Отвратительное отношение к пакупателям Люди, не обращайтесь салон MI port Xiaomi Home. Купил смартфон Xiaomi Redmi 4X заказав его на сайте с доставкой. Привезли проверил все нормально. Дальше начались проблемы с батареей. Она садилась за день даже в режиме ожидания хотя в телефоне батарея 4100 mAh. Он должен держать порядка 4 суток, но увы. Обратился в сервисный центр на 1-советской д. 8. Взяли на диагностику на 10 дней, сказали будет готов позвонят. Прошла неделя не звонили, позвонил сам. Сказали что требуется замена аккумулятора, но это будет стоить 1500 руб. для телефона на гарантии. Я сказал т. к. тел на гарантии то они должны заменить аккумулятор бесплатно, на что мне сказали что аккумулятор не входит в гарантийный случай. Либо платите за замену, либо пользуйтесь таким телефоном. Я забрал телефон и решил обратиться в Роспотребнадзор. Так что хочу своей историей оградить вас от желания купить какую-либо технику в этом салоне.
