Скромный торговый центр с выставочными образцами похожий на рынок Достоинства: торговый центр близко от дома Недостатки: исполнителю плевать на клиента и на свою репутацию Несколько лет назад родителя брали там мебель и все понравилось. По их следам 28 декабря 2019 разместила заказ на кровать (ИП Левко Н. М.) 31 января 2020 просила внести изменения в размер спального места, если кровать ещё не готова. Ответили: "Да-да, конечно, только срок поставки увеличится на неделю". Видимо про мой заказ просто забыли и не приступали к его производству, уж больно легко и быстро согласились на переделку бесплатно. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); 10 февраля 2020 звонок: "Кровать привезут через 40 минут" несмотря на уверения при оформлении заказа, что звонок будет за день, т. к. я предупредила, что в квартире постоянно никто не живет. Подорвалась, приехала. В итоге привезли не в 10 утра, а около 14:00, безобразно упакованное изголовье, решетку и царги. Царги все изрезанные как будто их волокли по гвоздям. Изголовье на удивление было в порядке. Доставщики забрали царги с собой на переделку и сообщили. что через неделю привезут новые. От менеджера ни звона и извинений. 15 февраля звоню уточнить, будет ли доставка 16 февраля, в ответ куча объяснений, когда и как у них ходят машины, и что у меня рекламационный случай, а рекламации переделывают и рассматривают в течение 45 дней. См. договор. Ни извинений от менеджера, ни точной даты доставки. Вот жду.

Ужас какие аферисты Достоинства: Нет Недостатки: Куча Купил диван и кресло у ИП зовут Наталья. Все пришло в срок, однако вместо ортопедического матраса установили губку. Поменяли спустя 4 месяца но цвет ткани оказался светлее, короче меняли все по частям и становилось все хуже и хуже. В итоге заняло это все 8 месяцев, и получил товар не тот что выбрал.
