Хороший магазин! Всегда можно найти все необходимое, а если есть трудности, консультанты никогда не откажут в помощи. Огромное количество акций и скидок проходит в магазине ежедневно, а значит можно не плохо сэкономить на покупках :) Большой плюс, что в магазине есть как дорогие товары, так и бюджетные, НО КАЧЕСТВЕННЫЕ! Еще ни разу не было разочарований! Всем советую.

Просто в шоке. Продавец не компетенен , ценники стоят по акции нигде не написано и тем более не сказано продавцом что акция только при наличии карты лояльности. Почему обманываете покупателей? Научите свой персонал работать проговаривать все акции, нюансы вашей ценовой политики. Пришлось делать возврат, ушла с неприятным осадком на душе , больше никогда не зайду к вам в магазины. Не рекомендую.

Обычный магазин с таким ассортиментом,но я иногда захожу,чтобы посмотреть и,если цена устроит купить марки моющих и всего другого необходимого,но только не раскрученных новых производителей.Все старье уже надоело.

Первый раз была в "Подружке". Как по мне, так у нее оказались весьма жирные плюсы, выделяющие "подружку" среди остальных сетей магазинов с косметикой: - наличие косметики nyx - приличный выбор разной недекоративной косметики и заколок/расчесок/резинок Персонал вежливый, ненавязчивый и очень услужливый. Я забыла скидочную карту, (по номеру телефона ее теперь нельзя посмотреть, кстати), так кассир сама сделала мне скидку своей картой;)
