Ставлю одну звезду за нарушение договора розничной торговли, за нарушение прав потребителя, за отказ обслуживать без маски, за грубый тон продавца консультанта. Я никогда не нарушаю законодательство, но и мои права нарушать не позволю. Попросила у старшего продавца основание отказа в обслуживании. Документ сфотографировала, ссылаются на ст. 10 и 11 68-ФЗ, в котором ссылка на 98-ФЗ где указаны правила поведения частных лиц и организаций в случае введения режима чрезвычайной ситуации или режима повышенной готовности на который ссылается магазин. Но так как режим ЧС и повышенной готовности не введён, считаю действия компании не правомерными, т к. данная компания не имеет права заставлять покупателей подчиняться внутренним указам компании противоречищих ФЗ и Конституции РФ. С апреля по июль губернатор МО вводил масочный режим и то он был не утверждён законодательством и носил всего лишь рекомендательный характер, т.е. по желанию. Не Подружка этот магазин, а ВРАЖИНА. Товары купила в другом магазине - без маски. В данной компании покупать больше ничего не буду.
