Сегодня зашла узнать есть ли стержень на мою гелевую ручку. Встретила меня светловолосая женщина, сказала, что у них есть стержни. Попросила ее сразу мне показать, она показала три варианта цвета, и приглядевшись я поняла, что сам стержень очень толстый для моей ручки (но с собой у меня ее не оказалось). Я спокойно начала объяснять, что у меня в ручке стержень гораздо тоньше и в итоге женщина резко забрала у меня из рук один из экземпляров и с повышенной интонацией предъявила: " вы что, сюда гадать пришли???!! Приносите свою ручку и нечего тут устраивать! " при этом, она не сказала, что это всё стержни, что у них есть. Затем она поняла, что переборщила и попыталась смехом разбавить ситуацию при этом говоря: " не, ну а что вы хотели? Вы так ничего не найдёте" Мда, я конечно понимаю, что кто-то вам мог настроение испортить, но это не повод срываться на другом человеке, уж тем более, если это ваш клиент... Осадок остался сильный.

Хороший магазинчик, есть все самое необходимое от ручки до обложки, ксерокс есть, единственное нет книг.
