В магазине не уютно, накурено.Продавцы неклалифецированны. Товар храниться в ненадлежащем виде. Низкие цены, но товар сомнительный, многое вообще без упаковки.

Здравствуйте Алёна! Вы оставили нелестный отзыв о нас. А до этого мы получали только приятные отзывы от наших посетителей. Первая мысль которая пришла в голову; - Вы представляете интересы конкурентов, в частности магазина "Империя страсти", о котором Вы написали очень лестный отзыв, в отличии от нашего магазина и магазина "Адам и Ева" активно торгующего много лет. И все отзывы были написаны в одно и тоже время. Но подумав, что это был бы очень некрасивый метод конкурентной борьбы со стороны магазина "Империя страсти", решили рассмотреть Ваши претензии. Возможно Вы заходили в момент когда у нас были проблемы с подтоплением, возникшими по вине строящегося по соседству здания, из-за чего подмокли некоторые коробки и наверное тогда нам было не до уюта. (Хотя много раз слышали от посетителей мнение, что мы самый уютный магазин в городе, и этим гордились) Также Вы могли попасть в магазин когда там работал стажер и возможно он что то упустил в обслуживании Вас. ( Хотя опять же, очень много раз приходилось слышать очень лестные отзывы о наших продавцах.) Насчёт низких цен это правда. Насчёт сомнительного товара хотелось бы по подробнее. На всё имеются сертификаты от поставщиков. И насчёт товара без упаковки. (Точнее в целлофановой упаковке) Многие из покупателей предпочитают не платить за картонную упаковку, при том что изделия одинаковые и приобретены у того же поставщика, а разница в цене от 100р. до 400р. И хотелось бы, чтобы Вы ещё зашли в наш магазин и поменяли Ваше предыдущее мнение. Секс шоп "Incognito"
