Ужасная компания инструментовоз, 26.11.2018 сделал под номером 64153. Он под заказ. Цена была 2900 рублей (средния цена по инету 3800 рублей), со скидкой 2400 рублей, что в полтора раза дешевле, чем на других сайтах https://www.invoz.ru/catalog/otoplenie_i_vodosnabzhenie/fitingi_dlya_t. Я им написал в контакте и получил ответ : Добрый день! Этого товара нет в наличии, последний раз он был в 2013 году! Что бы привезти под заказ, нужно сделать запрос поставщику! Под заказ привозим приме рно через 2 недели после оплаты, стоимость товара изменится, на сайте старый ценник! То есть товар весит в интернет магазине с 2013 года (для заманивания на сайт привлекательными ценами, либо просто 5 лет ни кто не контролирует сайт. Позвонил в магазин, сказали товар под заказ и цена будут, как и везде по инету. Ни каких извинений не в контакте, не по телефону я не получил, то есть для них обычное дело, отнимать время клиентов, неточной информацией. И клиент должен сам звонить писать и все узнавать! Заключение: компания привлекающий своих клиентов ценами 5 летний давности, клиент самый должен писать и звонить, узнавать инфу о товаре, за потерянной время ни кто не извиняется! (культура на нулевом уровне). После моего обращения товар еще 2 дня висел с данной ценой! – показать

Достоинства:Приличный выбор интсрумента. Грамотные сотрудники магазина. Оперативное исполнение заказа.Комментарий:Это мое первое знакомство с магазином, но отношение консультантов мне понравилось. Качество товара хорошее и цены недорогие.Заказывал здесь многофункциональный инструмент (для резки, шлифовки и т.д.). Консультанты помогли с оформлением заказа. Об отгрузке сообщили по электронной почте на следующий день. Оплату приняли через банк.
