Покупаем туры на отдых за границей через это агентство и туроператора Корал Тревел много лет. В январе 2020 года купили тур на отдых в Турции, в феврале купили тур на отдых в Тунисе в сентябре 2020 года. Очень хорошее агентство, удобно расположено рядом с метро и остановками общественного транспорта. В агентстве работают внимательные, доброжелательные и отзывчивые менеджеры Надежда Гайдукова, Виктория Кузнецова, Марина и Ольга, которые всегда помогали в подборе туров, своевременно информировали о всех изменениях. Всегда заблаговременно получали все необходимые документы, включая подробные памятки о странах пребывания. К встречающим сторонам туроператора Корал Тревел претензий не было. Трансферы от аэропортов в отели и обратно были организованы своевременно. Отельные гиды на встречах всегда предлагали множество экскурсий, но это личное дело каждого туриста. Если хочешь - бери или отказывайся. Если мы отдыхали В Египте 26 раз, а в Турции 18, то многие экскурсии уже посетили и приезжали только за пляжным отдыхом, чтобы насладиться солнцем и морем поэтому от экскурсий отказывались и на нашем отдыхе это никак не отразилось. За получение нормального номера в большинстве случаев приходилось платить, но приучили к этому мы - русские. Только нам предлагают вначале номера не пригодные для проживания, а затем вымогают деньги за нормальный номер. К отдыхающим европейцам это не относится. Отельные гиды в решении вопроса о нормальном заселении участия не принимают или это участие формально обозначают без положительного результата. Исходя из этого я всегда делаю вывод: если хочется нормального отдыха и не портить себе нервы, то лучше заплатить и получать от отдыха удовольствие. Но это отступление. Что касается агентства Корал тревел на Сходненской, то я его работу оцениваю на 5 баллов из 5 и всем рекомендую.
