У шапки были проблемы с хвостом, мздра распадатся начала, обещали прислать другой, буду ждать, молодцы ))) Ураааа ! Сегодня приехал новый хвост , он даже намного лучше изначального который испортился ! Для моей семьи этот магазин навсегда будет самым лучшим !

Отличный магазин. Огрооомный выбор, на любой вкус, цвет, цену. Очень приемлемые цены. Качество неожиданно очень хорошее. Цвета шапок насыщенные, получаешь ровно то, о чем мечтал. Упаковка говорит сама за себя, качественная, фабричная, бережное отношение к клиенту. Общительные и грамотные операторы. Очень рада, что нашла этот магазин. Супер.

К каждому варианту верхней одежды подбираю что-нибудь от Пильников. Все приобретения (их около десяти) были удачными, поэтому остаюсь покупателем этого магазина уже не первый год. Головные уборы – на любой сезон, моделей много, для многих моделей можно выбрать желаемый цвет. Качество материалов (верх, подкладка) и качество пошива – на должном уровне. Правда, один раз, в летней чалме несколько швов оказались кривоватыми, но внешне погрешности не бросались в глаза, и это замечание можно назвать ловлей блох. Заказываю один размер и близкие по виду фасоны, но одни модели садятся свободнее, другие - плотнее (как и первое замечание, это заметка на полях; главное - все подошло, и ситуаций, когда пришлось в шапку втискиваться или тормозить ее ушами, не случалось). Магазин предлагает разные варианты доставки и оплаты. Выбираю получение в пункте выдачи с оплатой при получении; для меня это значимые условия. Упаковки присылают аккуратные – запаянный пакет плюс плотная коробка. По всем составляющим работу компании Пильников могу назвать отличной. Надеюсь, так будет и дальше.
