Продавцы в магазине очень вежливые, всегда помогут, если есть необходимость, но охранники откровенно грубят, могут ответить, что это не входит в их обязанности, сегодня попросила помочь достать товар с верхней полки, охранник стоял рядом со мной, сказал:"Нет! ", пришлось искать другого сотрудника, который был в подсобном помещении, отрывать его от работы, а охраннику можно было просто протянуть руку. Стыдно, кроме обязанностей существует ещё и взаимопомощь. Охранники -это тоже "лицо" магазина и члены одной команды.
