Отвратительный магазин с некомпетентным персоналом. Купили часы в декабре 2020 года, часы не дешевые, спустя две недели после покупки они перестали ходить, относили в сервисный центр дека 3 раза и выходит, что в сервисном центре часы пробыли дольше, чем муж их носил. Каждый раз нам говорят только «мы надеемся, что в следующий раз они не остановятся», никакой альтернативы предложить не могут. При попытке связаться со службы поддержки , чтобы выяснить ситуацию , реакции ноль, а так же на письмо на почту тоже никто не реагирует. Выходит, что деньги потрачены в пустую. Персонал в магазине только «улыбается и машет». Если вам не хочется в пустую выкинуть деньги и не носить часы, то ни в коем случае не покупайте их в этом магазине. При каких-то проблемах с часами вам ни чем не помогут, а только будут делать видимость работы.
