Очень вежливый менеджер Дмитрий. Спасибо за помощь, помог разобраться с неработающей батареей, заменили её без проблем и дали промокод со скидкой на следующую покупку. Очень рада что гарантия у них работает как положено, не пришлось доказывать, выпрашивать — приехала, показала, посмотрели в магазине и заменили батарею на велосипеде. Написали какой-то акт по замене и всё бесплатно.

Долгожданный кастомный электробайк! Ждал около месяца по предзаказу, в реальности ещё красивее и эффектнее выглядит. Катаюсь 3тий день, как минимум масса позитивных эмоций и все вокруг оборачиваются, спрашивают. Ощущения супер, как ребенок с игрушкой. Байк забирал с магазина сам, прям там за минут 20 разобрались в управлении. Магазин супер!
