Отвратительный магазин! Шаражкина контора! Менеждер Сергей впарил коляску Zippy 2в1 производства Tutis (Литва). На следующий день сделали заказ по телефону (в 10:00) с доставкуй в этот же день… Прошло три часа так никто и не позвонил. Перезвонили. Выяснилось, что произошла накладка и коляску могут привезти только на следующий день. Договорились на 19:00. Курьер Владимир приехал около 22:00. Приняли коляску. Курьер был настолько «любезен», что накачал шины коляски. Как выяснилось не спроста, та к как с утра одно еолесо уже было спущено(((Посмотрели, оказалось, что отсутвует крышка на ниппеле. «Приятный» сюрприз от курьера!. Купили крушку за 20 руб., накачали шины, поехали в первую пругулку… Живем мы в рядом с Новодевичем монастырем. Спустя 2 часа, когда мы приехали домой, колесо спустило(((Позвонить сразу не смогли, т.к. нашему малышу всего две недели. Процедура накачивания колеса у нас вошла в традицию перед каждой прогулкой. Дозвониться до магазина смогли только спустя неделю. И выяснилось, что виноваты мы. Прокололи колесо. Это не гарантийный случай. По телефону нам сказали, что это не гарантийный случай. Новая камера стоит 300 руб. + замена 100 руб. Одним словом шарлотаны(((Кассовый чек маказин не предоставляет. Так что подумайте, перед покупкой чего-либо в данном магазине. – показать
