На высшем уровне Достоинства: Ориентированность на клиента Недостатки: Отсутсвие мобильного приложения Все детали для своих автомобилей уже много лет заказываю и покупаю в "Ресурс авто". Что понравилась: 1. Имеется возможность оставить заявку оператору, по результатом которой обязательно перезвонит менеджер и проинформирует о наличии и стоимости запрашиваемого товара. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); 2. При физическом обращении в офис магазина очереди практически отсутствую, а если очереди есть, то проходят они быстро - опытные менеджеры делают свою работу быстро и качественно. 3. Товар который пользуется спросом (тормозные колодки, лампочки, масла и т. д.) практически всегда имеется в наличии. 4. При заказе товара установленные сроки доставки всегда соблюдаются. 5. После оплаты товара заказ автоматически попадает на склад, после чего, кладовщики собирают товар, не дожидась того пока вы к ним подойдете. 6. Через некоторое время, после покупки, магазин прозванивает клиентов и спрашиват личное мнение об обслуживании. Все организационные меры приводят к отсутсвию замечаний. Молодцы! Рекомендую всем своим знакомым
