Всё плохо, не стоит тратить на них свое время... Достоинства: парень на телефоне - не дурак (что бывает не часто), может не плохо проконсультировать Недостатки: не держат слово по срокам доставки Из плюсов: консультант на телефоне - не дурак (уже +), может не плохо проконсультировать. Из минусов: без напряжения кидают по срокам. В конце декабря 2016г. сломался болт коленвала, потерялась шайба и шпонка. Звонил в кучу организаций, занимающихся зап. частями - в наличии ни у кого нету, не ломается он, этот болтяра, обычно! Все конторы могут привезти из Москвы только после 11.01, Автомакс уверенно заявил, что привезёт 06.01. Ладно, пусть у него дороже, чем у остальных, главное-быстрее привезёт. Увы, вна самом деле у него все запчасти оказались в наличии только после 13.01. Сам он первым за эти дни мне ни разу не звонил, хотя каждый раз божился, что перезвонит. Ни разу не извинился (хотя по сути - кинул и подставил меня), ни разу не предложил хоть какую-то компенсацию своего косяка, только невразумительно что-то вещал по телефону про то, что ему типа по документам отправили, а по факту - нет, но обязательно всё придёт, но потом, а когда - хз, но как токо это хз наступит, так он сразу мне перезвонит и дальше сказка про белого бычка... Можно купить дешевле чем у него или по такой же цене ( но люди заранее скажут честную дату доставки) в куче мест (не буду джинсить). Этот же озабочен одним - взять у тебя деньги, дальше - ему уже по барабану когда твои детали приедут.
