Отказались принимать бракованную деталь. Безразлично им, что ты понёс огромные расходы за работу автосервиса. Вообще хорошо устроились магазин к сервису отношения не имеет, поэтому если что с деталь замена опять платная. Не рекомендую этот магазин. Приезжала несколько раз пробовала менять, писала претензии, все без толку. Лучше съездить в ладью, как бы её не ругали(в ладье без проблем вернули деньги за бракованную деталь).

Здравствуйте, Айгуль! Очень жаль, что вы столкнулись с бракованной деталью. Действительно, руководство у магазина и автокомплекса "СервисТехЦентр" разные. Что касается бракованных деталей, замена после установки не производят в любом магазине, если вы уже приобрели автозапчасть и оплатили отдельно от услуги ремонта. Здравствуйте, Александр! К сожалению, очень поздно начали вести данную карточку магазина автозапчастей в 2Гис и только увидели ваш отзыв. Вы наверное уже не помните о какой именно запчасти говорили, но будет время, заскочите в наш магазин и удостоверьтесь что у нас достаточно низкие цены по рынку в Дёме. _ С уважением, магазин автозапчастей в Дёме при Автокомплексе "СервисТехЦентр"
