Очень холодно в номере. Вода горячая пахнет неприятно. В ресторане выдают жилы в планировке за отбивные. В общем жуть.

Добрый день. Очень сожалеем, что пребивание в нашей гостинице оставило у Вас плохое впечатление. По поводу того, что было холодно в номере можно было решить данный вопрос с администратором, Вам выдали бы второе одеяло или обогреватель, но температура в номерах постоянно замеряется и ниже +22 градусов не бывает, тем более в декабре, когда центральная ТЭЦ топит очень хорошо. С водой вопросы есть, которые сейчас решаются с Водоканалом. В ресторане также можно было данный вопрос решить в тот же момент при обнаружении некачественного (как Вы считаете) блюда. Мы всегда рады гостям и обоснованные претензии стараемся решать сразу. Ждём Вас вновь. Постараемся, чтоб в следующий раз Ваше пребывание оставило только приятные воспоминания о нашей гостинице и о нашем городе!
