Приветствую. Брал гайки R40, но из-за особенностей литья они не подошли (именно из-за литых дисков, на шпильку садится должным образом) привёз вернуть, на мой взгляд, причина весьма уважительна + на товаре абсолютно никаких повреждений, потому что достал всего одну гайку и аккуратно попытался закрутить (возвращал на след. день после покупки, в первый день не успел до закрытия), НО в возврате средств отказали, ибо «любой товар, представленный у нас, возврату и обмену не подлежит». После дискуссий продавец согласился обменять на другие гайки, выбор был не велик и пришлось брать то, что не особо и понравилось (терять 1600 не было желания и пришлось пойти «на встречу»). Хорошо. Гайки Rays. Устанавливаем. Секретного ключа хватило ели-ели на два раза (второй раз уже ели скрутили гайки, к слову, все затягивалось очень нежно, очень)! Еду в магазин, указываю на то, что гайки то закрутил, а ключ умер, дальше он просто не годен к использованию (все 20 шт. гайки «Секретки», поэтому вообще не весело), напомню - цена 1.600, на что получаю ответ: «да, мы в курсе, нет-нет да такая беда случается, но ничем помочь не можем, единственное-может скоро закажем ключи такие и ты сможешь их купить рублей за 300, а пока мозг не делай и просто у токаря закажи аналог». Продавец не пробивной. Единственный выход: жесткий конфликт, который может перерасти во что-то большее, но в моем случае это крайне противопоказано, по определенным причинам, поэтому пришлось «спустить на тормозах». Если Вам нравятся такие приключения - велком. Ещё. В принципе весь магазин - это дешевая китайчина сомнительного качества, хватило это понять после первого и последнего посещения. Крайне не советую.
