Ужасный и дорогой магазин, цены всегда намного завышены, если покупать в интернет магазине м-видео, то придется помимо самой высокой цены на товар вы заплатите еще не дешевую доставку.Те кто в нем работают не достаточно квалифицированы

Неоправданно высокие цены на бытовую технику. В 2007 году купили у них пылесос за 8 тысяч, так теперь приходится по 2 месяца ждать выполнения заказа на фильтры. Причем совершенно в другом месте. Хотя продавец уверял, что фильтры к этому пылесосу продаются везде.

Плохое отношение к клиентам. Управляющий Вадим совершенно не заинтересован в работе и не может оперативно решать проблемы своего магазина. Из чего вытекает некачественная работа персонала. Образная связь долгая.

Отличное обслуживание. Приобрели сегодня телефон и комплектующие, наушники игровые и батарейки. С детками до трех лет правда сложно, но мы справились, на машинке-каталке покатали.

Даже нуля не заслуживает! Ассортимента нет. Уже по телефону мне ответила быдловатая девица, и нахамила в ответ на вопрос о наличии товара и предзаказа. Судя по комментариям, ничего не меняется. Привет, Совок! Не вернусь и Вам не советую.
