Написаный мною отзыв относится только к времени карантина, да и относится наверно не именно к этому отделению, а не к М видео в общем. Все описанное произошло 03.04.20. Продали не рабочую клавиатуру для ПК, когда пришел обратно, меня даже внутрь не пустили, говорят только выдача заказов, делай что хочешь. Ладно, пёс с ними подумал я, заказал такую же, прихожу забирать, прошу проверить ее, мне говорят «Можете посмотреть, проверять не на чем» (примерно так), в итоге ушел от туда без клавиатуры. Что ж, подведём итоги... Спасибо за сломанную клавиатуру стоимостью 1800₽, пойду наверно подотрусь ей. П.С. За выражения извиняюсь, но сил моих нету.

После прочтения негативных отзывов была настроена скептически, но в итоге, когда пришла, осталась приятно удивлена. Консультант Максим очень грамотный, всё рассказал, показал и объяснил. Выбрала принтер, который подходил мне по всем характеристикам. Плюс очень порадовала функция, что за дорогую покупку такси бесплатное))

хотел купить мешок для пылесоса, в отделе консультанты помогали нехотя, кассир как будто одолжение мне сделала, что работает там(осадок неприятный от магазина…живу недалеко, но вряд ли вернусь туда за покупками
