Не знаю от чего такая разница в обслуживании в разных магазинах сети Мвидео, но тут обслуживание пункта выдачи интернет заказов оставляет желать лучшего. Пришёл в магазин за своим заказом, взял талончик и стал ждать. Ожидание затянулось минут на 30-40. На вопрос сотрудникам кто может выдать заказы интернет магазина отвечели что не знают. Очередь скопилось уже не маленькая. И тут выходит сотрудник и увидив такую очеред начинает в спешке выдавать заказы. Так ещё и не смог провести скидку по купону, сославшись на то, что с программой какие-то проблемы.

22 июля приобрели телефон Apple iPhone 7 Plus,нам навязали страховку за 8000тр в случае поломки,кражи и тд…РЕБЯТА, и что ВЫ думаете, сломался телефон, пошли в Мвидео а нам говорят идите в мастерскую,как ВАМ? Люди добрые не берите доп гарантию в Мвидео,деньги на ветер а продавец который её продал получил бонус примерно в размере 2000тр!!РАЗВОД И ЕЩЕ РАЗ РАЗВОД И НАША СЕМЬЯ ПОВЕЛАСЬ НА ЭТОТ РАЗВОД!!
