22.09.2012г. приобрели в этом магазине технику. Доставка на 4 день, доставили все битое, оцарапанное. Упаковка повреждена. Короче один кошмар. Теперь деньги обратно выбивать. Вот такой товар доставляю покупателю.

честно скажу, заходить туда не хочется... персонал не очень любезен , цены не самые низкие в городе.. из плюсов: там могут предоставить кредит на покупку.(хотя сейчас это повсеместная политика...).

Очень плохо. Поехали с сыном(ехать час) в этот магазин за телевизором. Предварительно на горячей линии уточнил что комплект полный Но сказали на витрине он. В итоге больше 2х часов( двух) прождали, его нашли в браке разбитым физически ! Итого более 4х часов на поездку с ребенком и ни извините, сочуствия или компенсации хоть какой-то. Кол вам за "обслуживание"!

Спасибо что хоть тележку дали, что бы вывезти стиральную машину через 2 двери. Зачем этим особями подъезд для грузовой техники если они не могу там выдать товар, по их логике они холодильники тоже через двери выносят, а клиенты магазина двери открывают. Не купили у нас доставку, ваши проблемы, наши сотрудники на вас .уй клали... Днище магазин

По сайту было "много" нужных телефонов. По факту оказалось два и оба витринные образцы. Потратил время в пустую, плюс консультант начал пытаться прогнать телефон дороже

Мало того, что к этому магазину трудно подойти (всю землю вокруг него перекопали и обнесли ограждениями), так еще и продавцы в этом магазине от покупателей шарахаются! Зашла в отдел посуды- стоит продавец, очень увлеченный своим телефоном. Увидел меня — отбежал в другой отдел, продолжая заниматься своим телефоном. Хорошо, что весь товар был выложен на витрине — я ничего так и не выбрала. Вышла из отдела — продавец вернулся на свое место. Для чего он там стоит?
