Магазин в настоящее время работает на интернет-заказы из-за ситуации с коронавирусом. Решил оформить такой заказ на сайте, пришла смс о готовности заказа, приходите и получайте. Продавцы встретили неприветливо, с недовольным видом, первый вопрос о том, что именно я заказывал. После моего ответа, мне сказали что это не товар связи(что???), хотя парень до меня в очереди забирал клавиатуру для пк, а ещё до этого человек забрал чайник. Всё общение было построено в такой форме, как будто не они работают на клиентов, а клиенты приходят милостыню просить. Заказ забирать не стал, благо не платил онлайн, такая возможность есть на сайте при оформлении заказа, иначе пришлось бы портить нервы, не иначе. Мне хватило общения с продавцами и потерянного времени. Регульно пользуюсь онлайн магазинами и проблем с этим не возникало, а здесь, какой то ужас)
