Консультанты ведут себя ужасно, выбирали чайник 03.01.2020 г, подошёл клиент которому понадобился телевизор, консультант просто развернулся и ушел продавать телевизор, я понимаю что стоимость телевизора и чайника отличается, и консультанту выгодно продать телевизор, но стандарты обслуживания в вашей сети наверное должны быть? Получили чайник со склада после возмущения спустя 10 мин, потому что этот же консультант был до сих пор занят продажей телевизора.

Магазин хороший, продавцов нормальных найти можно. Цены дороговаты, если в интернете поискать - можно найти на 100-500 рублей дешевле, но иногда здесь есть то, за чем приходится ехать на север Москвы.

Безобразный сервис и наплевательское отношение к клиентам!!! Покупала холодильник — весь развалился через 5 месяцев (резиновые прокладки — липучки отвалились, плохо закрывается, холод не держит. Позже купила дорогую стиральную машину — 2 недели просила прислать оплаченного мастера для установки!!!Всем наплевать на качество товара и обслуживание!!!Очень не советую обращаться за покупками в данный магазин! Потом пожалеете и нервы потратите…(((

Хотела купить триммер для бороды в подарок, успеть по скидке. О наличии товара в магазинах по указанному телефону дозвониться невозможно. Для такой сети, как М.Видео, можно было бы сделать и многоканальный номер.
