Пришли сегодня в магазин 20.12.2021 за Iphone 12 и Яндекс станцией Алиса, по магазину бродили около получаса. Из посетителей в магазине были мы и еще пару человек. Продавцов консультантов я насчитала, по залу было человек 7. В итоге мы захотели купить маленький проигрыватель на кухню, позвали продавца-консультанта который подойдя к нам сказал что покупка проигрывателя Mp3 это самая бесполезная покупка и они с него не получают никаких бонусов. В итоге он назвал цену и ретировался. Мы пошли дальше по магазину и подойдя к сотруднику в красной майке я спросила где в магазине стоят Яндекс станции, на что сотрудник махнул рукой и ответил что где то там. Спустя 5 минут поисков мы нашли этот стеллаж но к сожалению данной станции там не было. Затем я подошла к отделу с телефонами и спросила про IPhone 12 yf 256gb у консультанта который разговаривал со своим напарником, не услышав ответа я переспросила еще раз, и как вы думаете ребята так были увлечены рассказами что не соизволили подойти и ответить. В итоге мы с маленьким проигрывателем пошли на кассу, и вуаля перед нами был один клиент на кассе которого кассир обслуживал ровно 20 минут. Отвратительное отношение к клиентам в Мвидео, магазин испортился ужасно, я не имею ввиду всю сеть. Редко ставлю низкую оценку но на этот раз магазин в г. Минеральные Воды в ТРК Вершина заслужил самую низкую оценку.
