Отвратительное обслуживание. Пришли за чайником (простите, что не за дорогостоящей техникой) Молодой человек Роман как то устало проконсультировал. Было чувство, что мы к нему домой пришли и донимались до него с вопросами. В общем, отфутболили нас другому консультанту, быстро решили вопрос. Было сказано: берите чайники идите на кассу! Научите Ваших сотрудников хотя бы изобразить участие!

Покупал телевизор. В принципе понимали уже что брать, но хотелось проконсультироваться. Консультант ответил «вы же посмотрели уже, а я могу только дороже предложить». Ок, выбрали сами, пытаясь привлечь внимание консультантов потратили ещё минут 10, пока громко не спросили «можно мы купим этот телевизор», чем привлекли внимание половины зала. Нам кое как оформили «привет очередям на кассе», бонусы и плюхи сгорели ярким пламенем потому что для этого надо оформить дисконтную карту (о чем нам конечно не сказали). Ноги больше не будет в этом магазине

Выбирали соковыжималку, консультант Руслан отличный специалист, рассказал, помог выбрать, оказалось, что такая есть только в другом магазине, позвонил, забронировали, вообщем сервис на уровне, очень довольны, если бы не он, ушли бы без покупки, побольше бы таких продавцов с желанием помочь!!! СПАСИБО!!!!

Пока звонил в М.Видео на Сходненской по телефону постоянно говорили вам осталось ждать всего 9 минут. Читал отзывы о магазине М. Видео. Все писали только один негатив. Полное не профессиональное обслуживание. Все только жаловались.Я читал отзывы почти 10 минут и все эти 10 минут мне говорили вам ОСТАЛОСЬ ЖДАТЬ НА ЛИНИИ ВСЕГО 9 МИНУТ. Прождав 12 минут я так и не получил своей информации. Только отвечали по телефону вам осталось ждать всего 9 минут. И Я ПОЛОЖИЛ ТРУБКУ. ЧЕСТНО СТАЛО СМЕШНО.
