Асортимент товара на 3 звезды,продавцы крайне редко ,а порой никогда не могут оказать квалифицированную помощь в выборе товара.клиентоориентированность ноль,как продажникам я бы поставил 3 из 10 назову это уровень бабы Нюра с сельского рынка.

всем добрый вечер люди не верьте надписи!!!!!нам не все равно!!!!!им реально все равно до лампочки.купил ноут в кредит а он через 9 дней накрылся должны были по чеку тому же в течении 14 дней поменять....а ссами сослались что технически сложный и типа на ремонт. я написал отказ возврат денег а они мне сказали что после 3 ремонта только можно обменять и вод я его 3 раза отвёз на ремонт и всегда были дефекты и только на четвертый раз я уже сам в сервисе написал заявление на отказ об ремонте и только тогда они мне поменяли и это длилось 7 месяцев из них я 2 недели отработал на нёмкороче фуфло всё это....и сразу предупрежу что когда покупаете технически сложную технику а это вся электроника то им реально все равно на вас и на неё если она сломаеться это уже только на ваш страх и риск и бегать вы замучаетесь что бы отрыть правду и статьи закона прав потребителей не помогут короче отстой.................... – показать
