4 июля 2015года я посетила парикмахерскую, по адресу пр-д Дежнева 27 (парикмахерская Люси), где мне сделали модельную стрижку(до этого у меня были длинные волосы до талии), я хотела придать объем волосам и укоротить длину волос до середины спины. После стрижки и укладки, я не заметила явных недостатков и оплатила услугу. Придя домой вечер и помыв голову, я заметила,что волосы мне сильно отстригли и в объеме их стало очень мало(хотя волосы у меня густые!)предоставляю фото того, что стало спустя пару часов после стрижки 1 фото, спала укладка, и того, что спустя 26 дней. Пришла я в салон не сразу, а только 29 июля, так поняла, что так не годится и надо переделывать. В этой парикмахерской Люси, где я сделала стрижку мне отказались возвращать деньги за то,что испортили волосы и сделали не качественную стрижку!Апеллируя это тем, что нет чека(так его и не давали!) я сказала восстановите чек, мне сказали,что это не возможно! И даже не смотря на то, что второй парикмахер подтвердила то, что я стриглась, ни чего не вернули мне! Стрижку в любом случае надо переделывать, так как ходить с таким кошмаром нельзя! Просто возмущает такое отношение, то, что не признают своей вины! И еще говорят,что стрижка абсолютно нормальная!
