Попытка получить справку в налоговые органы с треском провалилась. Оставив договор и чек на ресепшен, вернулась за справкой через неделю, но она не была готова. Крайне невежливая дама, занимавшая место за ресепшен, попыталась обвинить в этом меня, пояснив, что я не указала свои данные. Я показала ей всё необходимые данные, которые были внесены в договор. Тогда всё равно я оказалась виновата, так как не оставила номер телефона. Пардон, но зачем? Да и не было такой просьбы, когда я документы оставляла. Предложила подождать. Правда, не известно, сколько, так как она ну очень занята. Женщина за ресепшен явно демонстрировала своё недовольство, не отвечала на вопросы, их приходилось задавать повторно. Такая организация работы заслуживает только отрицательных оценок. Я более в эту сомнительную контору ни ногой.

Здравствуйте, Анна, по вашему отзыву проведено внутреннее расследование. В результате установлено : ваша справка была выписана еще в понедельник, 24 января . Вы пришли ее забрать 29 января, в субботу. В связи с тем, что в этот день работал другой администратор он сразу не сориентировался, что справка вам уже подготовлена, поэтому и предложил подождать некоторое время. Это обычные - рабочие моменты. Все желающие получить справку на возврат денежных средств для налоговых органов, получают ее без проблем. Желаем вам быть более терпеливой. Добрый день.хочу сказать СПАСИБО врачу наркологу Константину Александровичу за оказанную помощь в борьбе с алкоголизмом.вытащил из "синей ямы"и нашел нужные слова,чтобы убедить, насколько вреден этот яд в принципе.
