К самому магазину на кирова претензий нет. К интернет-магазину Есть! Сделали заказ через интернет магазин 17 марта 2019г, сказали, ждать месяц, перезвонил иркутский оператор, подтвердила заказ. Потом позвонила ещё раз, где то в конце марта и говорит, что поставщик поменял цены 10 марта (но к сведению на сайте цены не изменились, притом, что заказ я делала не 10,а 17 марта, на неделю позднее). Общая сумма наша поменялась якобы на 1000 (дороже). Но я могу отказаться от товара. От товара я отказываться не стала, т. К. В положении, и вот вот рожу, нам нужен этот товар (кроватка, комод пеленальный, матрас). В итоге на сайте нахожу что-то типа договора, где указаны пункты по оплате, возврату и тд. И есть такой пункт, где написано, что продавец в одностороннем порядке может поменять цены на сайте, но если я заказала товар на такую-то сумму, эту сумму я и оплачиваю. У меня в корзине в заказанных товарах, до сих пор стоит старая сумма. Причём, если я перехожу в данный момент на свои товары, естественно суммы стоят уже поменянные. Итог в том, что мы приехали в магазин, забирать товар, ровно месяц он к нам шёл, я показываю этот пункт, всем по барабану, мол я была предупреждена, значит оплачиваю так как сказали. Ок, мы заплатили, забрали товар. Приехали домой, начали собирать комод.. И самое интересное, что матрас был голубого цвета, заказывали розовый. Ну да черт с ним. комод с другим рисунком. И кроватка с другим рисунком. Просто весь товар перепутаны. Настроение испорчено. Осадок такой остался к вашему интернет магазину, вы не представляете. Алиэкспресс и то работает лучше, серьёзно! В итоге на второй день мы привезли товар обратно, а возврат по покупке сделали нам только в 3 день. В этот магазин (интернет магазин) я больше обращаться не стану. Спасибо огромное, впечатления о вас сложились огонь.

Ужасный магазин, персонал бестактный, как обращаться с покупателями просто не знают, где набрали таких "рыночных" торгашей, особенно удивило, что сам администратор там такой. Больше не нагой в этот магазин, даже если сильно надо.
