Десять дней назад купила маленького крысёнка за 400 руб. Он оказался болен микоплазмозом и заражён власоедами. На лекарства ушло много денег. Сегодня крысёнок умер. Очень горько и обидно, что продали больное животное. Когда покупала - в поилках у крыс даже не было воды, в клетке с десятком крыс стояла сухая мисочка без воды. Рыбок хорошо содержат, обращение с покупателями вежливое. А вот за грызунами смотрят плохо. Одно лекарство от власоедов - Фронтлайн мне обошлось в 1200 рублей.

В магазине чисто и нет запаха, при том что зверушек и птичек много, также большой выбор рыбок и растений для аквариума, много различных кормов и аксессуаров для животных. Продавцы вежливые и внимательные. Постоянно покупаем там корм, цены отличные

Наша семья - в числе постоянных покупателей. Внучка увлекается разной "живностью" от собак до рыб и попугаев, всё время нужно то одно, то другое. В магазине не только хороший выбор товаров для животных, но и внимательные доброжелательные продавцы. Можно получить консультацию по любому вопросу о домашних питомцах, от правил содержания до советов по лечению: они бывают иногда срочно нужны. Нравится этот магазин.
