Продукцию LUSH очень люблю, часто заглядываю в их магазины и обязательно что-нибудь беру. В лефортовском была тоже не первый раз. Часто видела там продавца — молодого человека, с длинными темными волосами. В этот раз мне «повезло» познакомиться с ним лично. С таким открытым хамством я в своей жизни еще не встречалась. Мало того, что нормально рассказать о продукте человек так и не смог, потому что просто элементарно не знал состав, так после этого начал повышать голос, закатывать глаза и театрально вздыхать. Я понимаю, что не каждый человек может хорошо знать состав продукта, но мне было важно это знать, потому что я аллергик. На его месте, я считаю, правильнее всего было — позвать более опытного продавца. Но это еще не все. После того, как я вышла из магазина, а потом сразу вернулась, тк забыла на кассе ключи, я имела честь наблюдать такую картину: Этот молодой человек наполовину спрятался за шторкой подсобки и таким матом меня поливал, что уши могли завять, если бы он меня не заметил. Далее разговор велся с Алиной, управляющей магазина, если я правильно поняла. До того, как она поняла, что я все слышала, она поддерживала своего продавца, с таким же энтузиазмом извергая мат. В общем, прошу предпринять меры и отправить молодого человека на курсы, где ему расскажут, как себя вести с покупателями. А девушку-Алину было бы неплохо сделать уборщицей полов, может тогда от нее было бы больше пользы, потому что полы все черные.

Средних размеров магазин с разнообразной косметикой для тела. Продавцы здесь приветливые, атмосфера дружелюбная, а все эти мыльные кусочки приятных цветов так и тянет поверить в руках и понюхать. Раньше очень любила данную продукцию, но потом, озаботившись составом, потихоньку отошла от нее, потому что состав меня не очень устраивает. А еще они в последнее время слишком сильно задрали цены ((
