Добрый день! Владимир, спасибо за ваш отзыв. Это помогает нам исправить недоработки. Действительно, в последнее время возросло количество заказов, и менеджеры не всегда оперативно могут ответить. Мы работаем над этим - сейчас увеличили количество штатных менеджеров, а также улучшаем эффективность работы действующих. Очень некомпетентны работники организации. Вместо того, чтобы решить проблему, отключают телефон. Мой заказ был на более чем на 100 т рублей, срок выполнения обсуждался - неделя. Ровно через неделю начались какие то отмазки, бросание трубок, отключение телефонов. Заказ до сих пор не отдан. Планирую подавать в суд и возвращать деньги.

Добрый день. Вами были предоставлены файлы 2 августа. Заказ был готов 9 августа. Привыдаче заказа было обнаружено что заказ отпечатан с браком. Мы предложили заказ перепечатать. Вы решили вернуть оплату. Оплата в полном обьеме была возвращена в течении 12 часов. Примите наши искренние извинения.
