Один из посёлков которых много, не без проблем. Электричка в 3х-5и километрах, но доехать через Аничково бывает возможно от 30 до 40 минут. Есть и другая станция но транспорт туда не ходит, такси 150 - 200₽ Если есть машина отлично, пробки ровно такие как и везде. Цена недвижимости радует. Много детей.

Мы в сентябре заехали. Сильные ветра. Если ветра нет, то аромат канализации на весь посёлок . Маршрутки старые, ездят непонятно. Проезд до электрички 45 рублей для всех. Речка рядом, хорошие детские площадки, парк. Магазинов хватает.
