Заказывала дорогие американские обои. Очень просила посчитать кол-во рулонов как следует без ошибки и плюс с запасом. Заказывала за ранее, чтобы спокойно они дожидались, когда придет время их клеить. Настало то время и ужас! Катастрофически не хватает обоев. А они заказные! Ждать время нет! Отделка идет и одно завязано с другим! Звоню. Прошу помочь. К сожалению помощи не получила, а должны были что-то предложить. Но нет. Сама несколько раз звонила. Так и пришлось обращаться в другой салон на Фрунзенской. Спасибо им. Подобрали все отлично! Проверять за этими "горе" менеджерами всё надо, пересчитывать. Работу свою плохо знают.

Заказывали обои на Каширском дворе (была суббота). Менеджер сказал, что доставка будет в течение 2-х дней. В понедельник выяснилось, что доставка будет в течение 2-х рабочих дней!!!! ()крайний срок - среда). В среду не привезли, теперь говорят, привезут в пятницу . Не связывайтесь.

Отличный шоу-рум! Покупала плитку для декора "Италон", помогал в выборе опытный и лояльный продавец Иван, за что ему очень благодарна! Сама бы я точно растерялась, выбор товара огромный и хочется все)) Оформили покупку быстро, доставку произвели вовремя, без проволочек . Очень понравилось качество плитки, поэтому с удовольствием сделала дозаказ для другой комнаты. Удобно!

я заказывал в этом магазине плитку в виде мозаики для ванной комнаты бренда COLORI VIVA из коллекции NATURAL STONE, на счет доставки никаких проблем не было я живу в Москве, доставили быстро, доставка была платной, но это не критично, сама цена плитки меня тоже устроила, дешевле искать не стал, в общем плитка выглядит просто чудесно, именно так я и представлял свою ванную
