Осталось очень хорошее впечатление от общения с агентством Lucky Travel. Я опытный путешественник и обычно организую поездки для своей семьи сама, но в этот раз сроки были сжатые и решили купить готовый тур. Маша, сотрудник агентства, приложила много сил, чтобы найти наилучший вариант размещения и перелета, рассматривала мои предложения и предлагала свои. В выборе мы не ошиблись, отдохнули очень хорошо. Перед отлетом она зарегистрировала нас на рейс, и сопровождала информацией до самого отлета. Все было очень организованно, без суеты, с позитивным настроем и с постоянной связью, даже в нерабочее время. Нам понравились компетентность, обязательность и искренняя заинтересованность в наилучшем результате, ведь это был наш первый опыт общения с турагентством.
