Конечно проводной интернет стабильнее беспроводного... если бы не... Сегодня 1.04.2020г. отсутствовал интернет, в течение двух часов безуспешно пыталась дозвониться в службу поддержки по двум номерам телефонов, указанных в 2ГИС. По городскому номеру звучал автоответчик, который приветливо обещал соединить с оператором то через 2, то через 1, то через 6 минут, и так по кругу. Сотовый номер или был занят, или просто не брали трубку. И ладно бы это был единичный случай, дозвониться даже в рабочее время очень трудно, ну а выходные или праздники просто нереально. Проблема в том, что в частном секторе они монополисты в проводном соединении. Также поддерживаю тех пользователей 2ГИС, которые утверждают, что консультации специалистов компании практически бесполезны, типа «у нас все хорошо, проверяйте у себя». Номер договора 000611. С такой ужасной службой поддержки при первой же возможности вы потеряете всех своих клиентов!!!
