Нам Лу Бань тоже ремонт в квартире делала. Купили в новостройке, ремонт изначально решили сами делать, чтоб потом не было никаких претензий к застройщику. Мне вообще нравится этот процесс, я и сама материал выбирала, всю сантехнику. Я от этого получаю удовольствие. С рабочей бригадой общий язык быстро нашли, ребята толковые, понравилось, что прислушивались к моим пожеланиям. Работали быстро, аккуратно. Плюс у них есть дизайнерский подход, возникали некоторые нюансы и они решали их неординарным путем, но мне понравилось. Единственное, что вышло немного дороже чем я хотела и рассчитываться надо частями на каждом выполненном этапе. Не всегда была возможность, а так всем довольна и компанию советовать могу.

Компания эта одна из лучших. Они нам делали ремонт в двушке. Мы купили квартиру в не очень хорошем состоянии и они нам за два месяца такую красоту навели. Всего два раза приезжали глянуть на какой стадии ремонт и действительно к ним претензий не было. Настолько слаженно и оперативно выполняли работу даже не верилось, что это та квартира, которая была изначально. Качество ремонта хорошее и по деньгам получилось нормально.

Заказывали полгода назад в Лу Бань косметический ремонт в квартире, вернее в двух комнатах и на кухне, санузел, балкон и прихожую пока не трогали. Все сделали в очень сжатые сроки. Все сделали очень аккуратно. Сдали нам абсолютно чистые комнаты. Ремонт в остальной части квартиры доверим снова только этой компании))))
