Здание советской постройки, отделанное снаружи композитными панелями. В целом - прилично, хотя то, что они несколько стен вверху оставили без отделки выдает, что это не БЦ, а НИИ. Входная группа на 4-, в принципе - годится. Коридоры разные - есть с нормальным ремонтом, есть обшарпанные. Офисы маленькие, не очень удобные и без ремонта. Но можно сделать ремонт самостоятельно. Есть хорошая столовая. Есть достаточно большая бесплатная парковка. В принципе для цены 1000 р. за метр в месяц - вполне нормально.
