Я являюсь членом клуба с 2006 года. Чем дальше, тем хуже. Вроде бы расширяются, столько компаний присоединили, связь стала оперативнее, но с начислением баллов просто какая-то беда. За последние полгода начислили какие-то копейки за мобильную связь. Несколько раз обращалась с претензией, ответ один и тот же - были проведены детальные проверки, бла-бла-бла, не было зафиксировано переходов с сайта. Как доказать, что переходы были непонятно. Никак не докажешь. Таким образом пропали 2 покупки в ОЗОНе и 12 (!) покупок на Wildberries. В общем дурят. Обидно очень.

Имею карту МАЛИНА с первых дней выхода в свет. Сумма накопленных покупок-баллов имеется в наличии. Могу сказать от своего имени, что баллы приобретенные были использованы всего лишь аж 2 раза: на книгу и на коврик придверный. Раньше думала, что продукция приобретенная через интернет имеет ЛИЦО ВО ВСЕМ. Как показала практика - качество продукции за баллы оставляет желать лучшего, про большие супер- пупер магазины вообще молчу-ЛЮДИ ОТРЫВАЮТСЯ ПО ПОЛНОЙ там (интересно - дома себя также проявляют?)... Интернет-курьеры, которые доставляют интернет-продукцию, конечно, бывают разные - видимо мне не повезло-В ГЛАЗАХ СТОЯТ ЧАЕВЫЕ ЗА ДОСТАВЛЕННУЮ - ПРОДУКЦИЮ БЕЗ ЛИЦА, это не вина курьера! НО ЖДУТ ГЛАЗАМИ ЗАРПЛАТУ, которую сами зарабатывают себе за счет клиентов с чаевых. ТАК ВЫНУЖДАЮТ РАБОТОДАТЕЛИ - КУРЬЕРОВ. НЕ ПЛАТЯТ ДОСТОЙНУЮ ЗАРАБОТНУЮ ПЛАТУ КУРЬЕРУ, т.к. должность по статусу-зарплате не позволяет вообще платить! ВООБЩЕМ РОССИЯ! ПОЛНАЯ Ж. И ЖУТЬ! ЕСТЬ ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕ-ВОЗМОЖЕН ЛИ САМОВЫВОЗ ПРОДУКЦИИ ЗА БАЛЛЫ?
